Return Policy

Medications cannot be returned

Federal and state law prohibits a pharmacy from accepting the return of a dispensed prescription medicine back into stock once it has left our control. This protects every patient from receiving a product whose storage cannot be verified.

What we will always put right

• We dispensed the wrong item or strength. Contact us within 7 days and we will replace it and cover all shipping.
• The product arrived damaged, or a cold-chain item arrived warm. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it.
• A pharmacist rejected your prescription. Your payment authorisation is released in full; nothing is captured.
• Unopened over-the-counter items. Returnable within 30 days.

Disposing of medicines safely

Do not flush or bin unwanted medicines. Use a DEA-authorised take-back location — search the DEA collector locator for one near you.
